Gecko productions is not in the business of car crash television. We have built a solid reputation for making high profile, high quality documentaries for major broadcasters both in the UK and the US. These films combine powerful & sensitively-told human stories underpinned by credible journalism. Most of them involved exclusive access to individuals with an interesting story to tell, often on a sensitive subject. This access was based on trust. If we were in the habit of abusing such trust, then we would not have built the strong reputation that we have done for films of this sort.

Most critics make comments based on titles, without actually ever seeing a film. We are proud of our films and we would be happy to send copies of previous programmes to anyone who is interested in contributing to this documentary.

Agreed. I fail to see how anyone would benefit from having a microscope shoved in their faces and the private details of their careers exposed on television if they're not even getting paid for for their trouble.
