Hint ... never slag off the paying customers. Some amateurs are very professional in their day jobs and make up 50% and more of the income for a lot of models (source - various conversations I've had during photo shoots).
I've never no shown on a model - the worst I've done is re-arranged with 48 hours notice. I've lost count but my current score is something like 32 shoots agreed, 30 shoots taken place. Twice models let me down on the day, luckily before I left home both times.

Oscar, i've worked with plenty of amateurs before, and not really had a problem with them! they always pay, are clear about boundaries with me, and are always well mannered!
I don't turn them away, unless they're being rude or asking me to do something i don't!

Hi Trinity,
The reply was for Katie's benefit. I feel obliged to stick up for us amateurs or GWCs (Guys With Cameras) as net-model disparagingly puts it. Most models are too sensible to discriminate against us.
