Does your 'complaints dept' realise its illegal according to Public Order Act 1986 (quoting from the below linked document) "to use or publish insulting or abusive words with an intention to stir up racial hatred".
Another quote "Racial hatred here means hatred against a group of people in Great Britain defined by reference to colour, race, nationality or ethnic or national origin", ie the British citizens in general.
