Dear Mai, I did ask you to contact me so that we did not have to do this but since you have raised some points that are quite serious I feel I will answer on here as we both have nothing to hide.

1: I did send you to a B/GXXX shoot and the Stud arrived with a test which was thirty days old (30 days) from set you insisted that all tests must be 28 days old I assume information you got from a friend or another Model as all who read this will know (with the exception of you mai) that the industry standard is 1 month it has never been in my experience the leap year month of February but as an Agent we respect a Models parameters and yes you were sent home as you were not happy with a Model arriving with a test which was negative and 30 days old. You raised this issue with me and I tried to explain the industry satandard and it fell on death ears.

2: you only ever had one Identification when you met us at the office and explained that you were waiting for a Passport from the Home Office this was nearly three months ago, since then we have called you 9 times with refernece to your ids, you answered your phone twice and promised to send them, I can only assume your phone is not logging calls the other seven calls have not been answered or returned. Still since you insist there is no problem we look forward to receiving them in due course, as the matter is somewhat urgent for the production companies who are still waiting do you think we could have an estimated time of arrival?

With reference to your legal advice I acknowledge your comments and shall foward them to my Solicitors who will be writing to you with a view to resolving this situation.

So you are aware you are still under contract and are attempting to breech it, we do not want a Model on our books who does not want to be with us that much is true, however a great deal of time money and effort went into you Mai and with this in mind I am forced to recoup my losses. I will be in touch.

Producers please feel free to book Mai the dispute Mai and I have has nothing to do with you and I will pursuing mai only with regards to renumeration and not producers.

Mai I am sad at the situation you have created, we have contracted you in good faith did huge promotion on you and promoted you to all of our clients
you were earning in excess of ?1000 per week as per your contract then you stated that you had "just fell preganant" and didnt want to work whilst you were in that condition and now you have decided out of the blue to work whilst pregnant, well mai I believe this to be a badly thought out attempt to release yourself from the contract, I urge to talk to a Solicitor who specialises in contractual law and not the nearest one to you down the High Street.

Just another day in the Glamour business..... welcome to our world who would want to be an Agent?????

Kind regards

ian,

thanks for your comments the issue can now be dealt with seperately.

with regards to point 1 it was not just the length of the cert it was that not ALL items read negative. any reasonable person would have not continued in light of this and it would have saved alot of uncomfortable feeling for both parties on the day. my health is more important than your commission

Mai, thank youyfor addressing just the one point.

Yes you are correct sorry I FPORGOT as it was unimportant although again you do not know that because my advice fell on death ears.

You called me from set and explained that apart from 30 days that one of the stds stated not isolated this again for anyone who knows what they are talking about (except for you mai) that not isolated is the same as a negative result, I informed you of this and even went to the trouble of calling the clinic where the test was issued and they agreed with my comment that it means negative again you were told but refused to work.

I trust you are now aware of this??????

A lot of money was lost that day only because you refused to accept our information backed up by the doctor we did nothing wrong you had misinforamtion again and ourselves and especially the production company paid the price, a Lot of Models seem to have an attitude that they can do what they want blatantly lie to us and mislead us purely because they feel other people will book them not saying this is your attitude mai but it does make you wonder!!!!!

Any news on the passport as the only id we have on file for you is an Iranian Identification card, I know your health is important to you as it should be but I hope the money it is costing the production companies is also important to you and with this in mind please could you put your energy into forwarding the aforementioned passport.

Out of interest do you now concede that 30 days is the norm do you also concede that not isolated means negative???? Or are you still misinformed?

I can only assume that you now know better but what the heck it was just a production company who lost a lot of money not you. Great attitude to work this is exactly why the Uk is one of the most unprofessional Adult industries in the entire world. You are a great Ambassador for all Models, although I am gald to say not many are this Blatant

Ian Gill

Thank you Mai, that's what I asked for in my first posting but needed to reply because our attitude to health risk's appeared questionable from your posting, with an issue so important I had no choice but to clarify matter's.

May I just add in Walpole's defence.
Mai when you first came to this forum, proclaiming to be the biggest starlet to be in U.K porn. Then did not reply to any e mails that came from my office.
Then you went exclusive to Walpole for about five minutes.
Now you are back.
One would expect a little loyalty and common decency.
Although I wish you all the best, especially being pregnant. Perhaps taking this industry a little more seriously might get you further.

Good luck anyway with the pregnancy.

thank you for your comments Marino.

i did note at that time to contact walpole who then became my agents.

i felt the need to stand my ground here as well did Walpole when questions of reliability were addressed. the matter will be addressed seprately and is only an issue of contractual status.

my ambitions however have not changed
