Having just seen this thread and realising who 'Mai Bailey' is, I would like to chime in with Ian's comments that she is a great girl who genuinly is eager to be a hit.

Yesterday I have offered Mai work through Walpole at her quoted price before she joined the agency. I await a reply.

Walpole: I feel a little aggrieved that you feel the industry is so unprofessional. My own company is very professional and tries to produce great stills and video shoots. I have never said I not use an agency; however as a company I will stick to a quoted price from a model.
