My opinion as a punter:-

1) I like to download
2) I avoid streaming, it really gets on my tits
2b) unless it is a live webcam, in which case fair enough
3) I avoid DRM, it really gets on my tits
4) I have 4MB broadband and still have bad performance on many sites
5) Unless somebody invents a way to get guaranteed Grade of Service for your internet connection, point to point, streaming will always have performance problems
6) Disk space is cheap, and will keep getting cheaper, so saving large files in the future won't be a significant issue

Just as a matter of interest concerning IPTV.

For those who would like to take it but would prefer it on their PC's rather than on their main TV is it likely that this would be possible (using a plug in PC Card if necessary)?
