If I may add this: Excalibur does not charge until shipping of DVDs, so the first thing would be to check your credit card bill to see if they have already charged you. If so, that means they have shipped the items and it should take around 1 month to get them.

If you have not been charged, the items have not yet been shipped and you can still cancel your order through your Excalibur account. I did it in the past and it worked without problem.

Hi Zebra,
FYI I have ordered international shipments from Excalibur and have had no problems with them. It is true that you can only order DVD's (not tapes) internationally but the website will not allow an international tape order to be processed.
Curiously you mentioned that you had not recieved an immediate order confirmation from them which suggests that for some reason your order has not been processed as they have always sent me immediate confirmation. Also I have found thier customer service excellent (they even replaced a damaged DVD which I reported to them free of charge).
If you have a customer number you can use the website to enter the number and check the status of your order.
In summary from the info you have given it seems that your order may not have been proccessed for some reason

Regards

Thanks for your answer, Sierra9!

You may be right with your assumption that my order has not been processed. For the order check a customer No ist required. I haven't got one til now. At another look on Excalibur's website I found s.th. about "membership".

Now 3 questions (I didn't find the information on their page)

1. Is it necessary to be member for ordering films?
2. If yes: Is the customer No. identical with the membership no?
3. If not: how can I get a customer No.?
Thanks a lot in advance!
Regards

No it is not necessary to be a member to purchase films. After you make your first purchase you will recieve a confirmation of order email which will contain a membership number which can be used for future purchases.

Once you have selected your DVD's simply "Proceed to Checkout", fill in all the personal details and once this has been processed you will recieve your order confirmation.

You will also recieve notification when your order has been shipped.

Dear Ilse&Rudiger

As my experience that Excalibur Co. are trustly site+
But I never ordered any movies from them, some of my friends
got DVD's from them in the past+

Maybe you did a mistake on time being when ordering or something
wrong

--Did you check your CreditCard Balance Sheet in "Debit Column"????

Meanwhile those US vendors are dispatched the goods to late(mostly
do that)!!!!!!!!as it takes sometimes more than 2-3 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So can't understand!!!!!!!!!!!!

So you have to wait some more days and if your A/C is debited as it means
that the transaction was done+So be patient,or you have loose "your money" too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Internet transcations are all dangerous and do not act any order like that or only deal with very well known sites/companies as well++

Good luck for that, but these happens unfortunatelly for us at every time!!!

-----------
Therefore I'm a great fun of Cara LOTT as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!wooow
Your taste is right and good too!!!
++
