This investigation is being conducted in France. Have they played the recording in public? If some prosecutor is the only public official to have heard it and is telling us what is there then be suspicious.

It's his job to find fault. Why is a prosecutor deemed to be an impartial person in the matter anyway. I think they are trying to stitch-up the pilot. I'm not a conspiracy theorist but why is a senior lawyer involved at this early stage.

The next thing that will happen is that the flight data will go missing mysteriously but not until the transcripts are rubber stamped as evidence.

There is such a thing as corruption and the airline was flying a clapped-out A320 which makes them look pretty bad. I bet they fail to dig any dirt on the co-pilot at all.

Even the other German Wings pilots are expressing doubts about the official account. For a long time they blamed the pilot of the Silk Air crash in 1997, saying it was pilot suicide. It turned out to be a design fault on the rudder that an affect any 737 every billion flying hours.

If the French prosecutor is trying to smear the co-pilot, I really wonder how he sleeps at night, but then he's no doubt got many many innocent people convicted because it was convenient and slept perfectly well. The dirty media are lapping up the suicide account. It sounds like total bollocks to me.

Also if it's not a terrorist, but a pilot intent on crashing the plane, the sky marshall wouldn't know until its too late.

That's interesting, and from further news coverage I've seen since writing my earlier comments it is clear there were such facilities on this plane. There are things in place to stop a terrorist, but its very hard to stop a pilot intent on crashing the plane - as we've seen.

"They" already seem to have found quite a lot about his mental state.

Who are the "dirty media" to whom you refer?

I am not saying you're wrong but you're suppositions are all just that... not hard evidence.

I'm sure the recordings will become available at some point. Those 'Air Crash Investigation' programmes I mentioned before always seem to have 'actual cockpit recording' featured in them at some point.

It's now coming to light that this person had previous mental issues. Why was he allowed near a plane let alone fly one ?

The French investigators have supplied a copy of the recording to Lufthansa, so they aren't the only ones to have heard it.

It hasn't been made public as yet, but as Peter stated above these recordings tend to be made public at some point.

Talk us through your own theory then, if what the investigators are coming out with is "total bollocks". Maybe you should head down to southern France and offer them some of your valuable insight.

See this narcissistic loser is still all over the tv news...fuck the navel-gazing analysis of his "darkest thoughts" & ambition to be remembered by the world, they should gather up the twat's broken remains & feed them through a wood chipper a la "Fargo" & televise that on rolling news channels instead.

In fairness, we definitely should analyse his "darkest thoughts" so we can refine the preventative safety measures in future. But that should be left to the professionals.

In their quest to fill airtime/sell papers, and in the absence of actual facts, some in the media take a perverse pleasure in speculating, sensationalising and subjectively interpreting events. If it can be moulded to their pre-determined narrative, then all the better.
