Have to agree to disagree. If I'm told to word things in a certain way I would class it as political correctness Apparently there is no such thing as a traffic accident but only a traffic incident In most incidents there is somebody to blame but in some occasions a driver could have a heart attack or something similar so I would class it as an accident.

Oh for a Monty Python sketch.

"Excuse me, this man is dead"

"Oh no, he isn't it, his head has just slipped inside his shirt collar"

etc. etc. etc. etc.

Quite right David, my head has slipped into my shirt collar. I find it preferable to having my head up my arse not that I'm pointing at anybody (cough, cough)

Being Politically Correct is conforming to a belief that language and practices which could offend political sensibilities (as in matters of sex or race) should be eliminated.

This is not what is happening here.

At first I thought this thread was a bit weird, and said so. While I'm not fully retracting that statement I would like to add that this thread has been educating: We've all learnt that whale cock doesn't know the difference between 'political correctness' and 'health and safety protocols that are there to limit insurance claims.

He doesn't know and seemingly doesn't want to learn either. His loss.

Hate to tell you Sammy boy but I'm very aware of Health and Safety Protocols. I work in what could be classed as a dangerous environment and it's got to the stage where I almost have to write a risk assessment and get a work permit to go for a piss. I've also worked in places where the job has to be done and most people would not have heard of a work permit. At the end of the day you are your own safety officer with full powers to stop anybody else who you think is doing something dangerous. I've mentioned common sense in this thread before but it appears that some people are sadly lacking.

I don't mind telling you this, whale cock, but you're now aware of the difference between health and safety protocols and political correctness.

This is evident.

Sammy boy, you have your views and I have mine. I stand by my views and you wont change them.

I know, whale cock. Your pride hinders you from learning something.

Sammy baby, all I've learnt is that we have different views. Maybe it'e time that you understood that you wont change them.
