Exactly, so if you dont want to pay speeding fines etc then register your car at an accomodation address as opposed to a PO. Box,.

Okay, so it wasnt addressed to me. It was addressed to Von Boy who was arguing that you can get away with a fine by using a PO Box.

They probably have addresses in the Irish Republic, most of them seem to own property there. Their cars are probably registered there too. Most coppers steer well clear of gypsy camps unless they are mob handed, because they are afraid of a pasting.

During the Firemans strike back in the late 70's a police liasion officer told me that they had to serve a summons for traffic offences. So, if a pikey was stopped and his "wreck" examined and he gave them an address such as Bottom Meadow 10 acre field on Farmer Bulls Farm plod would go there and find it empty. Therefore no summons could be served. it has changed now in that plod can confiscate uninsured vehicles immediately. But whenever I see one of these arseholes without a tax certificate it incenses me. If they have no tax they are not going to have any insurance or MOT either. The problem I think is that plod is frightened of offending the bastards, or they just don't give a fuck. I mean to say, it's easier to jump all over people whose vehicles are properly registered as they can be identified.

I'm still waiting for the police to issue a statement into their behaviour that resulted in the death of Sean Rigg, the shooting of Mark Duggan and how an officer assigned to Smiley Culture allowed him to stab himself to death through his own heart and not have finger prints on the knife.
I'm still waiting for the 36 officers to make a statement to the IPCC about the shooting of Mark Duggan or even an inquiry into the officer that accidentally shot his colleague before shooting Mark Duggan
I wouldnt mind knowing the answer to your question too

OEJ have you seen the docu 'The House I Live In' ? If not, watch it. It won't give you the answers you're seeking, but it will give you a relevant context very expertly delineated.

Well Dugan isn't exactly going to be missed unless of course he was your dealer or you were the bloke that was expecting the firearms he happened to have with him in that innocent taxi journey.
The strange thing about our justice system is the right result only appears to happen as a mistake.
