"Spelling doesn't seem to be yours".

You appear to be confusing spelling with grammar.

Please attend a Level 3 "Components of the English Language for people who arrived in the UK in a container" course.

Let me know how you get on.

!wink!

I must say, reading these posts about immigration, that I do not envy
David Johnson trying to explain, in cool and clear terms, things which are
highly emotive to others on this forum.
Personally, I rather yearn for the values of exactly 100 years ago, but I can
remember the Fifties as a boy and, while we could not buy laptops, mobile
phones or instant soup for that matter, it was a very respectful, largely
white, society.
Britain has changed beyond belief, in many cases for the better, but when I
come to London every couple of months I see a society that overall I do not
like.
On the immigration issue I largely support David; it is too late to do much
about African or Asian immigrants since most came at least 20 years ago,
created their own ghettos and breed like rabbits. They quite rightly have
"British" passports. I do feel, however, that all immigrants should pass a
language test, or a history-culture test, or both.
On white immigrants from such places as Poland I kiss their feet - for two
reasons - a) they seem willing to do the manual low-paid jobs that British
workers seem to shirk b) after about 5 years most return to their home
country (and if they do not, they assimilate relatively well into modern
British society).

"Well Eric, if you had attended the advanced course in English as a Foreign Language available to chaps from Buto Buto land, you would have realised that there are a number of ways to express meaning in English.?"

More proof of racism, terrible

Of course anyone cold do the low paid work if only planned on staying soewhere for short term and be able to fleece any forms of credit and return back home where the money you earned is worth much much more.

Also all that lovely health care, schooling etc which you get without ever you or your/parents paid for.

Then all he additional demand they place on housing/public services by being here which if a decent wage was paid in the first place someone local could do it which in turn would result in more money tricking through the system.

Also how does the social pressures it causes get measured? And that bullshit line about no one willing to do that work because its below them.

Look up the word "satire" in your dictionary. An example of satire is someone taking the piss out of an individual slagging off immigrants by making out that they themselves sound like an immigrant due to their poor grasp of the English Language.

Move along now, nothing more to be explained.
