It is worth pointing out that the enemy has had different faces over the decades as far as the BNP are concerned.

In the 20th century, the likes of the National Front and the BNP were anti-Jewish and did try to do fund raising in Libya to tie in with that policy. Later on they realised that from an anti-immigration point of view they could get more support by blaming black and Asian immigration for all the ills in Britain. Hence the Jewish councillor?

Irrational hatred is not solely a white, Anglo Saxon trait. I do not see it as a positive surprise re the councillor

I do agree that the NF and the BNP have directed their hate at a range of people over the years, and seem to change what they do. The people they didn't like for years were, as you say, black and Asian people. They almost exclusively go on about muslims these days. I've even heard Nick Griffin talk about "perfectly innocent immigrants" before and he has said that as part of an attack on how the Government (according to him) favour immigrants over the domestic population. He is an opportunist.
