Yes, it's rather silly, but it certainly got people talking. It's actually 'dancer', and alludes to a Hunter S. Thompson quote - "We're raising a nation of dancers."

The worst, most cringe-inducing couplet ever, btw, is from Franz Ferdinand - Do You Want To:

I think Franz (like the Kaiser Chiefs before) shouldn't be lumped in with these other "dreadful lyrics". There's humour in what they are saying, its supposed to be witty , ironic observations. Even if you don't like it, I think they are still just mocking modern ways of speaking rather than literally just written crap lyrics
