I'm not a fan a boobjobs either, but Gina Janssen had a fairly decent one, in the 1970s. She just moved up from being flat-chested to having boobs, but well in proportion.
If you look at her pics on egafd, these are all post-boobjob.

But it says a lot that the two examples quoted here are Jordan and Pammie - Both very very successful, and I doubt would have been any where near as successful without the massive un-natural norks.

Plenty on this thread may not like them but there's clearly a lot who do!

Most girls do not consider the long term consequences of their breast enhancements.

In the 80s,a number of photographers paid for girls to have enhancements,which seemed to be done better then,than they are now.

I will backtrack slightly on my original statement in this thread and concede that Sarah Young's boob job looks pretty good. I've always enjoyed her work, and only recently discovered that she'd had breast enhancement surgery pretty early on in her career.

Laura Michaels looks like she is wearing the ones Gazza had when he got off the plane after the Italy World Cup.
