>I've been listening to talksport today and cannot believe the arrogance of some of it's broadcasters regarding England's absence from Euro 2008.

When listening to Talksport you have to remember that some of the presenters deliberately talk bollocks to encourage people to phone in.

Mike Parry is probably the worst, and I am sure he lies awake at night trying to think of the most stupid thing to say which makes people so mad they want to phone in and contradict him.

I remember a year or so back, when a goalie had gone upfield in a match. Next morning he was saying that goalies should only be allowed to go upfield in they have removed their gloves first !!!. When they ran back to take up their goalie position they had to put the gloves back on the show they were back in goal.

Also, when there are two presenters in the chair they will always take opposite views on a topic. One will say that Emile Heskey should be playing up front for England, the other will say he should never play for England again.

"Well listeners, what do YOU think, phone in and lets us know"

Dont get angry with them, tyr to listen detached, listening out for tell tale saigns they are trying to wind up the listeners.

In a way it's a blessing in disguise that England are not at Euro 2008.We would of been in Russia's group,and the likes of Spain and Sweden would of murdered us.McClaren would of still been manager too.

So every cloud does have a silver lining afterall !thumbsup!

I know all about talksport's intentions Guilbert,afterall,it is a talk station.I was just making the point of the stupidity of the likes of Mike Parry and Adrian 'eee aww' Durhum.

Other jems from Parry have included his theory that one day a man will be able to run 100 metres in one second!!!! !shocked!
