As soon as they get a taste of their new found fame, it goes to their heads and they generally make wankers of themselves whoever it is. The list is endless from Chris Moyles to that skank from Big Brother, Chantelle?

A vote for Lembit Opik.

Yes, yes, I know he's an MP (allegedly) but he seems far more interested in his media profile so he may as well be 'showbiz'. Ditched a weather girl for a cocktail stick.

Gervais is the Biggest tosser in showbiz poll.

I was most surprised that you did'nt include the biggest, smuggest, twat of recent years.... the one and only Ricky Gervais.

I want to know, is it just me and Ms Sidney who can't stand the C**t or are there others out there who think the same?

When I broached the subject of 'La Gervais' before, I tried to avoid an arguement with he who must not be mentioned (Zevon) but indeed it did, not with me I might add. It might possibly have instigated the eventual banning of Mr Z.

So I hope that now we can comment without it descending into a bitch-fight and calling everybody "thicko's" like last time and give Mr Gervais a electronic bitch-slap he so patently deserves.

Andrew Castle of Gmtv, once british number one tennis player, and Fern Britten, don't care much for Simon Anstell personally either, Mark Lamar was rather funny I thought , his Radio Two show was entertaining.

I did quite like the office and extras but he showed his true self when
he couldn't hold the audience when he had to fill time at the Di tribute
Crap without a script in my opinion

Also saw that show last week about him on C4 - what a fawning smugfest
that turned out to be. The tricks he played on that one guy (and having
them on video) might have been funny if Gervais was a ten year old
But for a grown man he just appeared a first class pillock

It does appear that fame could well have gone to his head
