tl, dr but what you`re saying is that anyone who`s well off financially is asking for it?
I think America`s got the right idea, someone breaks into your house then you should be able to defend your home and family as you see fit, then drag the dead chav onto the lawn for disposal.

You could very well be right. If she's heavily involved with the drugs trade then she needs better protection than she's currently got.
