I feel that life on mars is just abit overrated but in itself ok.

To be honest I've never watched but even if it was the best thing ever made I couldn't like it as I have a pathological hatred of the BBC.

Exactly, in your opinion. You should have put it like that in the first place. It annoys me when people state opinions as fact. I personally agree with Brooker on this, he criticises Who when it needs criticising but he also praises what is good about the show. He offers a very balanced opinion on it, weighing up the bad against the good.
