I don't hate Chelsea. I don't hate anyone really come to think of it. Look on the bright side, at least you're not Leeds Utd.

You are a typical wining Man Utd fan who is just pissed off because we have come and taken away your dominance. All the best players choose is over you now and in a year or so when Giggs,Neville and Scholes call it a day and Ferguson retires you will be just another team living on past glories.
I bet you live in London typical Man Utd fan,I hope AC Milan kick your ass tomorrow, don't patronise me either.

Wrong!

Chelsea have conceded 1 penalty this season when I've seen Terry, Essien and Carvalho all hand ball the ball in the penalty area. Man Utd have conceded 3 penalties. Sheffield Utd should have had a penalty for sure, but there will be many games where Chelsea should also have conceded penalties over the course of the season. As for penalties awarded: it's 4-3 to Utd. which wouldn't warrant a 5 point gap. Chelsea just haven't played well this season while Man Utd have. That's all there is to it really.

As for Man Utd players getting in the Chelsea team............Garry Neville would walk in, as would Ronaldo, Scholes, Giggs and Rooney. Terry's not been too clever this season so you could maybe add Vidic to the mix.

Lets swap it round. How many Chelsea players would get into the Man Utd team on a regular basis? Chech and............Essien.............maybe Drogba too but I don't think Drogba would suit Man Utd's dynamic attacking play.

I think Shevchenko would have had a better season at Man Utd. The more cultured style of play would have suited him. He's still a good player, but he's a predator not a bruiser.

By the way, I'm a Sheffield Wednesday fan, not a Manc. I just appreciate cultured, fast-paced, exiting, dynamic football.

Hate comes with the territory of winning I'm afraid. Everyone hated Liverpool in the 80's and hated Man Utd in the 90's. What you need is respect though, and that's harder to gain.

I was really exited by Chelsea when Abramovich first came on the scene. I thought it would break the Man Utd/Arsenal dominance. All Chelsea's exiting players are Ranieri signings not Moureens. Chelsea exited me under Ranieri and throughout their first title, but last year and especially this year they bore me...........really bore me.

Arsenal, Man Utd, Tottenham -and sometimes Liverpool- excite me. Chelsea should be winning in style with the money they've spent. I can understand Bolton, or Everton going for the title with 1-0 wins, but not Chelsea. They just don't entertain and I'm all for the most positive teams winning things.

The main point made tonight is that Liverpool will play in the final; Chelsea would have strangled the life out of the game. All that money spent, all those talented players brought on board, and they have been fairly dreary all season. Winning games, I'll grant you, but dull all the same.

Oh, and given how Liverpool normally perform in this tournament, it should be no surprise the Reds won through. I'm no fan of the Mancs, particularly, but I hope they get through too. It'd be a stonker of a final.
