You are right Warren. You didnt say that but telling me "in this case, it was" justifying the kid being in handcuffs indicated to me you agreed with this without letting on more details like Alice did.
I'm only going by what i saw and I'm sure an attorney wouldnt label this as absurd and excessive without seeing the whole footage.
I watched the link and still didnt see what Alice In Blunderland said that happened.
Labelling someone as being indifferent because of the race thing does not imply i am suggesting you are one. I'm just attacking the indifference because little miss black girl (you can quote me on that) is not one of your lot so it is always easier to be indifferent to it all.
Indifference seems to be another huge problem with people in this world right now until it happens to their kid and they scream bloody murder from the highest roof tops.
Alice, I wont discount that given what you say is true then those ladies were acting accordingly as I feel the only people that should punish that child accordingly with a whooping is their parents but any body who sees fit to do that to a child should pay with hell from the parents for it. Arrest seems a sensible answer but I dont think this is as cut and dry from what iIsee. I am one of those doubting Thomases who will not believe something unless I see it with my own eyes.
I'm only opinionating on what i see from your link. The rest is out of view. besides even the media is making a big deal out of it which reinforces the injustice of it all. I may well owe you an apology but I dont see any reason to alter my opinion seeing three policemen arresting a 5 year old girl. Just picturing it is laughable.
