Fuck mate, you ain't wrong about the bouncers, the ones in Budapest are evil looking!!

My mate had a bit of a bad do over there when he decided to visit a strip club on his own.

He didn't realise that the price on the drinks menu is only for your FIRST drink (2-3 quid)...... the other drinks you get ,and the girls expect you to buy them rather than pay for a dance, were more like 30-40 quid each!!!

He ended up getting marched to a cash point to pay a ?200+ bar tab, with the bouncers letting him know in no uncertain terms what they'd do if he refused.

A couple of (the more dim) of my mates said he should've just ran off, but then, as I pointed out, you're not only risking a massive kicking, but you're also breaking the law in a foreign country, running the risk of some lovely Hungarian hospitality off PC Plod, which isn't exactly top of anyone's "to do" list when they go away!!!

Yeh I nearly got butt fucked in Budapest at the end of the night because I felt ill from all the driving and headaches/stress etc so i took the taxi back alone which was about ?8 between 3 of us originally to get there....he quoted about ?10-12? which i was prepared to pay cos it was a long way and i felt ill.

Drove me to a cash machine to get more money (which i faked lol)...then by the time we got there the bill was about ?40.....for a fucking taxi ride.....it was a few kilometres maybe but he totally tried to rip me off....in fact tried to take me to a strip club but got pissed off when I said i was feeling ill.

I gave him about ?8......and just walked off... shoulders back head up. I figured not paying at all would cause a lot of hassle.....


So yeh....its annoying because Buda is fucking awesome such a shame they try and rip us off - i thought most of europe would be happy to meet english people....
