But the club will no doubt issue tickets which say "you agree to abide by our terms and conditions"
and the terms and conditions will say you agree to be filmed whilst on the premises and waive all rights to that film.
Of course, in situations like this, a certain amount of personal responsibility would prevent these situations. If you don't want TV showing endless clips of you streaking at a football match, its probably best not to streak at a football match in the first place

it pissed the hell out of me but then i have to remember my machine isnt that of the likes of posh and becks.
my mum is hardly likely to say oh i saw u clothed on BBC news last night u bad girl!
maybe ur comment needs to be re thought if u want one thing to progress porn but another to surpress in generic.

Hi martin
OK, your first port of call would be to contact the owner of the site to ask them to remove the images from their products!
Next, if that fails, you can take out an injunction preventing the person from further selling the material containing your images. If that fails to stop the person, then you can take out proceedings, but, only after you have obtained the injunction!
As the person that you have this issue with, I would suggest you contact me, I would be only to happy to remove whatever images you are talking about and remove also all footage from our media!
There was a sign at the club clearly stating that you were being filmed and that we own said footage, also, there was very clearly a camera man stood right in front of you with a camera, something that you must really have noticed! There were no concealed cameras! What ever you and your girlfriend did in the tank was up to you, you decided! So whatever you choose to do in front of a very visable camera is up to you!
At the end of the day, the two actions I have said above are the only ones available to you, either ask us to remove the footage, or get an injunction to force us to remove it, either way, the result is the same, only one of them is a lot more expensive!
Perhaps you could obtain a case ruling and demand some of the money gained from the sales, however, I think you will find that this is not multi-million pound material, the likelyhood of getting this won as a case ruling are very low, plus, the money obtained from such a rulling would be way lower than the cost of the case!
Most events and organisations need sponsorship to opperate, we are no different, it just happens that our sponsors are wamtec.
No one forced you to do anything, it was your choice!
Sorry

I think this might be the first time I've ever read a topic from beginning to end.
Much as I hate to trivialize the incident I have found this very interesting.

Bluntley put, you're fucked, by entering the establishment you agree you to all this, I work alot as a photographer in a night club, and the essence is, by entering the building the management can do as they please really.
I would guess this is brittish babes gone wild or something along those lines, which there is a disclaimer on, not that they need it, but they have signs up saying images and video maybe taken and used for promotional purposes.
