Pete was spot on with the Scum lines

I like 'Make him an offer he can't refuse' line from Godfather
and also 'Do you feel lucky, punk?' from Dirty Harry

Both dated but still worthy of a mention

More recently, Joe Pesci can be relied upon to deliver a brilliant tirade, for example (and this is close, but you'll get it) from Casino
'I'll cave your head in and put you in a coma. Sure, I'll do 3 years, but about the same time I get out, you'll be coming out of your coma........and guess who's gonna be waiting to put you straight back into another one?'

Samuel L Jacksons Biblical Ezikiel speech in Pulp Fiction is another contender

Outside of Spinal Tap you mean?

1. "They're coming to get you, Barbara..." - Night of the Living Dead.

2. "I'm Spartacus." - Spartacus.

3. "That should keep you in curry for a few weeks." - Bond dishes out backgammon winnings to a fellow Indian 00 agent in Octopussy. Priceless un-pc mockery, probably ad-libbed by Moore.
