tyson was ok in band of gold bit rough/ready but still ithink it overdone it as stereo typing street walkers from yorkshire as hard in 1980-82 we had them in london and i dfound them alright in fact more gentle than some ,they were from leeds the ones i knew.

And you never forgave him revealing your life on TV? Understandable, mate. I can recall being completely underwhelmed by his poetry when he'd appear on stuff like Saturday Night Live, and some of his "acting" has to be seen to be believed, but for the most part he's been good on RD---even though Bonehead Arnold Judas Rimmer is really the star (the twonk!).

Just to change tack a second Maggs, I met JM back in 2001, in a hotel, he was eating in the restraunt with some minders, after, he came into the bar and introduced himself (like we didn,t know who he was) however he was on his way to the cricket the following day, he was charming funny, very witty, and so different to how we were used to seeing him............sorry to interupt!

Interesting that Maggs, I,m sure he felt despair, especially being a 'celeb' in prison, and I guess it passed the time for him. I dont remember anything about a court case though, must have been 'away' somewhere, didn,t know he had been in prison.
