If you order something from Europe that is legal in the UK (similar to R18) then customs have a right to look but must send the package on. Outside the EC they have a right to ask for duty.

I think the legal precedent is Congegate 1986 which was with regard to blow up dolls being imported into heathrow airport.

The video/dvd must be for personal use as trade quantities would need to be submitted to the bbfc.
