Some great calls there guys and I would shoot just about every one of them.
The main problem is some of them have reduced their levels (Becky Perry, Bonnie Belotti) on video at least and most mentioned will consider open-leg, but will not do matching video.
Personally I don't care about video, but nobody is really interested in content without video nowadays.
Another point, Mayfair has a big advantage for the girls, it has a slim online presence, there is no requirement for video and many of the girls have the perception that "no-one will see it anyway"
