Body art as you call it (I certainly don't think of it as art) may be sexy to a few, but it will be just a few. Several recent surveys have revealed that men find tattoos to be the number one turn off.

Again with boob jobs, I'm fairly convinced that very few men would say they've ever seen a good one.
