I remember seeing the covers at my local newsagent.
My main Electric Blue memory is the cable channel HVC orvHome Video Channel during the late 80s.
It was a premium channel but sometimes you would have it for free. I used to stay up on the off chance that we would have it - it paid off a few times.
Also, the German channel RTL would repackage scenes from Electric Blue for their Manna-magazin show.
