Some of the replies you get on models pages it makes me wonder why they bother.
It's awful, just so cringeworthy.

I use my facebook to keep in touch with people I work with and my fans.
I always try to reply to all the messages I get but if your rude to me, don't expect an answer!
I find it really good for networking too, I've meet a lot of people on it I had not known previously.
But I myself much prefer writing my blog as that way I can keep you up to date with everything I do!
I try to keep my twitter up to date but I always forget to do it!

Hello
I have only just seen this message as i rarely browse this forum and have been away for a while so have hardly checked BGAFD at all!
I use facebook to try to drive traffic to my main website but I also use it as a little extension to my own
message forum and because the yahoo group keeps getting shut down. I cant post naughty piccies on there but i can post a link to my blog and in there i post ruder ones so you can still keep up with what I am up to and view the evidence even if you have to follow a link first!
I actually use FB to keep in touch with industry fans and insiders as opposed to friends and family because all my friends etc have my phone number and if they want to tell me something they can just txt or call me! The facebook page allows me to interact with fans at a safe distance and people seem more active on the FB profiles than on my message board or the yahoo group (when i had it!) so its a good way to let people know what I am up to. I use Twitter for more or less the same thing but am still learning the rops with social networking so am probably not using it to its full potential as yet. I just dont have time to work it out right now!
So in answer to your question....it really depends what you are using FB for. If you are trying to contact me, by far the best way is on my own
message board or email because FB gets a little out of hand if I am busy and after just two days of not checking messages etc I can have close to 100, ditto with friend requests....its ridiculous!
Just my two p's worth.......
