I recall a number of instances of under 18, but over 16, models in mags, even MO, back in those days, occasionally in photo sets involving the girl's mum as well. Might have included Lu Varley or somesuch. There have been a number of radical changes to the law since then. Presumably if you have copies of 1970/80s mags, legally bought at the time, containing these sets then you would be breaking the law.

You can take topless glamour pics at 16 like they did with LDM but i don't know anyone who want to buy them due to the moral grounds that they are children, plus it just fuels the pervs that want to see this.
2 minors 16 & over making their own footage would be hard to press charges against them etc but if they ever tried to sell it once they were 18 they would then be charged as it features minors.
i have to agree with Marcusallen that it is sick to even think this way as they are children, it is people lwant to see children in porn that give the authorities the ammo they need to say this is a shady industry when in fact its well run.

As has been said, it used to be quite common to have page 3 girls who were 16 or 17, but now that's ilegal, and the world is a much better place. This is just one of the 3000 bullshit laws NuLabor has passed to make it easier for the state to put people in prison. Remember the feral anarchy of Britain pre 1997?
