*So many to choose from :-}, However, I guess one programme is seen as education, and/or informative, the other one erotica. (porn)

I stand corrected.
I assumed that subscribers to TVX would already know that they don't broadcast this material on Satellite, and my comments were directed at people who, therefore, don't subscribe.
For such people, entry to the website is not free.

Yes, fair comment Bob.
As you rightly say, TVX subscribers would already know that they don't broadcast this material on TV.

You can legally buy a subscription to any number of channels in the UK that are hardcore and broadcast from Europe ... Private Spice, Dorcel, FreeXTV, 12 in Sexview package, 10 or more in MCT etc etc. The only difference is a satellite dish needs to be pointed at Hotbird 13 east, rather than Sky's 28 east position. The government doesn't allow channels based in UK to braodcast hardcore, but doesn't stop retailers selling subs to hardcore TV content broadcast from outside the UK. Perversely unfair on the homegrown producers.

There are some pharmaceutical products where the same applies - they are banned in this country, but there's nothing to stop people buying them from Ireland or many other countries.
As you say, peversely unfair on domestic producers, but not just a porn thing.
