It s all about stanima, you have to control yourself, just like when your having a wank, and you can feel yourself about to cum, hold back and keep trying it. Apart from all of the claims of willpower...
Chemical:
1) Local anaesthetic - i.e. delay spray (it does work but can make the woman's holes go number as well if it doesn't dry first

3) Injected steroids (I've heard rumours).
