Was informed late last night by Kaz that Joe had passed away. We both agreed that will have a toast for him on Monday during our shoot.

Thanks for your help, your friendship and being you. Cheers, Joe. !sad!

Such sad news...I never met him personaly but had dealings with him via the phone. Always seemed to want to help and freely gave advice.

Will be missed by many.

This is such sad news...for once I am lost for words. May Joe rest in peace and let our thoughts be with his friends and family.

...It's a pity it takes sad news like this for everyone to stop squabbling and be respectful.

As far as Joe A is concerned, I'm another one who is seated firmly in the 'never met him, but learnt a great deal from his postings' camp, which is a pretty sizeable group on here as far as I can tell.

Therefore, might I propose that at next year's UK Adult Film Awards, we might have an award named in his honour? I'm thinking either something related to the internet, or a special 'above and beyond the call of duty' sort of award for services to the UK Industry.

I think this might be a permanent and very fitting way to remember the help he has contributed to many an up-and-comer on both sides of the lens.

this has already been discussed and agreed that one award will be named after Joe, as far as I can remember it will be best newcommer award as Joe was always trying to help and give advice to the new girls in the industry.

So very very sad I never had the privilege of meeting Joe but he helped me out on line on a number of occasions. Those of you who knew him well remember the good times.

We are very sorry to hear about Joe, we met him a couple of times & found him friendly, loud & always helpful. Where ever he as gone now it won't be long before he makes new friends because this is what he as always done with ease. He will be missed by everyone who knew him & also by the new people to the industry who will never get the chance to meet someone as genuine & helpful as he was, rest in peace Joe.
