Even though it was none of my business I have to confess that I was intrigued to know who had stitched Jay up so I decided to post an inflammatory comment on this topic hoping that would provoke an answer from one of the parties involved and bring them out of the woodwork.

It worked.

I thought that might be Jay as I have never seen a post from anybody from Simply (well not under their official name anyway) but you never know who lurks so I decided to light a fire and fan the flames to see what happened.

Basically I was being a nosey git and realise that I shouldn't have been hence my apology which was directed to both Simply and Jay, if he has been reading this thread.

Well i'm a bit confused, i'm still defending my position because I know it wasn't me who stitched him up, so I will keep defending myself until the truth is known.

I'm very sorry to see to see Jay move on.

His customer service was excellent.

When Jay was running R18DVD, nine times out of ten the DVD I ordered was delivered the day after I placed the order.

On the very rare occasions when delivery was going to take more than a couple of days you always got an email from him to let you know what was happening.

I only hope the new owners took lessons in customer care from Jay.

The best of luck to him in whatever he does in the future.

Yes, if they don't, we already do and yes all the best to Jay, but can eduardo elaborate a bit on what he means.

I think you might be a bit paranoid as I was of the opinion that Jay made it clear that you were NOT the person/company involved.

My apologies if that is how it appears, but I too thought that all of this had been sorted and it just seemed that your post was back tracking a bit.

I am going to keep quiet about this thread from now on as I think I have done more than my share of stirring on this subject but as I said in a previous post I thought it was made clear that you weren't involved.

I won't be posting again on this topic.

I will try my very best not to post on this topic.
