Why can't people just accept it???

These performers have accepted the contract, they have been paid plus other perks that have been mentioned...

If you were bluebird would you not look to protect you investment aswell???

Maybe thats why UK porn is alot different to US porn....

Its treated like a business over here and i really wish one day it can be treated the same one day back home...

The likes of Terry and others im sure would agree that if everyone pulled together instead of at each the UK porn would be alot more profitable industry..

Brazzers don't and neither do alot of the other web companies...

The likes of Nikki Benz, Shyla Stylez etc are booked when ever they need them...

Alot different to the likes of wicked etc....

How do you flout the law on this exactly ? If you publish on web, mobile or DVD images of a contract girl - well that's the primary evidence you have infringed the producer's rights, isn't it.

Oh come now Hiwatt...You know there are very simple steps around this but like I said, I'm not interested in peeing on anyones parade man. Its not my style.

If you dont know what they are I cannot say because if there are people that plan on doing this then this is the most obvious direction they will take is all I'm saying.

If you wish to say it then that is by all means up to you.

If I was in the mood for mischief or I had time and money on my hands it might have been sporting but I am all grown up now and too sensible for such games.

All I'm saying is that your warning can be seen by those who have not responded as a challenge. The proverbial red flag to a bull.

If the shoe was on the other foot, how would you deal with it?

You are indeed a lawyer and therein lies the answer to how one could get around it.

Actually there are a couple ways around it I can think of but like I said, I'm not interested in crossing swords with people anywhere. That is just time wasting and wrong.

How BB do there biz???? Alot must of changed in the last 7 months since i haven't worked for them, which i doubt as i still here from performers that are enjoying there work there...

Im not being funny, but there is one company in the UK biz that make a world of promises to the girl....Websites, dvd's, sex toys etc....

Shoots them for next to nothing saying its the only way they can make her big if she drops her rate, then drops them when they have what they want and that will last them till the next SO called big thing....

The girl walks away, nothing to do for it, apart from a certificate saying " YOU"VE BEEN MUGGED"

BB pay there girls, pay for a lifestyle that im sure alot of the girls in the biz would like, tell me how the girl is treated unfairly...

Can i ask, have you been to BB studios, have you ever seen a girl treated unfairly there....If your answer is yes, then i look a 1st class twat....

But if its just whispers from girls that have been released or had a falling out how can that be fair on BB when you only hear one side of the argument?

Maybe you can address each of the points, with a simple TRUE or FALSE ?

While I appreciate, I may have missed bits, and No i didnt tell them all that shit, because I was on a tea break and it was small talk, at a job where the websites and systems I work on WORK, maybe you should hire me to fix your site and I'll hire you to sort my legal issues out ?

1, The name being a mark could be an issue.

2, The image, persona etc could be a mark and be an issue.

(1+2 like the rock to wwe)

3, If the model makes the producer aware, that is making him liable.

4, Producer doesnt know anything about contract, and the model doesnt make him aware, then he isnt liable.

5, It is not the producers responsibility to run to contract holders and ask, its the models responsibility to make people aware.

6, Likely out comes, costly delays or running you out of money as BB pockets are deeper, they have a word for this but I forgot it something by proxy ?

Are any of them False ?

I have to say, many people see you as being a bit of a plank, I think your very good at what you do, I mean this thread has made a VAST percentage of the UK producers aware of your contract girls, at the least those who have replied and thus achieving your objective.

Again 9/11 is up against rumours....

If you was to contract a girl, invest in them....

Would you not want some kind of protection?
