For a start the fact her mother was an alcoholic and her father a drug addict, was, although certainly true, something told to the nation in order to advance Jade Goody's standing in the eyes of the public. It is something more she can reveal, and the interivew in which it was said can feature a headline like "Jade's Troubled Past". It would also have made her money which is the motivation for everything she has ever done.

You mention how she wrote a biography. She didn't. Someone else wrote it and she just put her name and photo on the cover. I doubt this imbecile could have written her own name. The likes of her, Katie Price, Coleen McLoughlin and other bimbos, have devalued the literary world in my view as it is no longer something that people will be respected for if they say "I have written a book" as most people listening will just think someone else wrote it for you. The literary world has been cheapened by people like this as fakery is now so widespread.

You also say that it wasn't her, but the media, who made her so prolific in recent times. No, it was Max Clifford, her sleaze-bag publicist brokering the stories for her and she agreed and wanted all of it. To agree to marry that guy who was in prison was something thought up by her and Clifford together in order to make money, so was the idea of getting Christened, her kids being Christened, her kids being told to sit on the lap of their "stepdad" (before he is returned to jail) even though it is unlikely they'll ever see him again now she is dead - was all to make money. And so on and so on. People think the tabloids were just covering these things. Max Clifford is the most powerful sleaze broker in the land and he arranged it all.

You also mention how the prolific-ness of all this has helped raise awareness of women's cancer issues. It might have done but that is incidental, and was never the key motivating factor. Rather like how Katie Price (Jordan) claims the reason she takes her disabled son to book signings (for books she never even wrote) is so other mums can ask her advice on how to cope with a disabled child and so on. It has nothing what-so-ever to do with just getting more publicity for herself as she will be photographed more when he is by her side (no, of course not!!).

I don't know how it's not illegal to parade disabled children around just so you can get more publicity, and ultimately more money, for yourself. The 20 or more Hello and Ok magazine exclusives Price has done with her disabled son in the cover photo under headings like "Me and Harvey: His latest treatment" and "Katie and Harvey: how she is coping following his latest round of tantrums" etc. This poor blind, disabled, boy is dressed in some odd outfit and forced to stand there with her and be photogtaphed for the cover of one of these awful magazines (when he has no idea what is going on), so she can increase her profile and can get more money. I don't know how it is not illegal (in fact it probably is!).

I've just had a horrible thought: Goody's mother is probably about to become a major celebrity, and earn heaps of cash, and Max Clifford will know how to organise it. She will "write" a book, entitled something like "Me and My Jade", then a year later there will be another one: "Memories of Jade: One Year On". She, of course, won't write one word as she can't even spell her own name, but she will get credited as an author and dullards across the country will respect her as a writer - thus cheapening the literary world even more, and her capitalising yet further on her daughter's death.

ITV1 and ITV2 have many programmes now that are nothing more than TV versions of Heat magazine. Look out for mother Goody becoming a "Queen of Hearts" type ambassador for cancer, third world poverty, battered women, environmental issues, AIDS, Africa, depleting Third World rainforests, and everything else. Entire series, at peak viewing times, will be aired, with mother Goody (is her name Jackie someone said?) at the helm.

This whole country is falling to pieces. Katie Price gets as much respect as a writer as Martin Amis, even though she doesn't write book - just pretends to; Jade Goody was viewed as being as much of an ambassador on many issues, and got even more respect amongst the tabloid reading fraternity, as people who never earned any money do for getting cold, late at night, helping homeless run-aways; the Goody mother is about to become seriously rich and get a very high profile on TV - thus pushing aside young people whose life-time dream it was to get on TV and worked hard for it. Max Clifford is helping destroy our nation. Someone should shoot that bastard!

Exactly, Eric. She's not the brightest spark but she still didn't sit on her arse and claim benefits like her mum, or ended up in the clink/on drugs like her dad.

Well, like I've already mentioned, she was a dental nurse BEFORE she was known to the media, the public and Max Clifford. Dentists are pretty educated folk, I'm sure they don't go around employing 'talentless, loud-mouthed, aggressive, common-as-muck, vacuous chav nobodies' for a laugh.

I guess the final question to you is, what the fuck did you expect her to do under those circumstances. Decline the opportunity of making herself a millionaire and deny her kids the chance of a more financially stable life?

It comes to the media's attention (via your mate Clifford) that she had been offered a few million squid to make a fitness video and an autobiography but turned it down because she either couldn't be arsed, or thought she wasn't talented enough.
