Hi

In legal tersm I do not mean employer, anyone that "employs" someone to do a job for them owes that person(s) a duty of care, so in the legal context a producer that employes (books) a model to perform with another performer (whether for payment or not) is employing the performer during that perio (shoot) so in reply to your thoughts YES it does count.

The Duty of Care is not that complicated to show, all the producer needs to do is see & take a copy of the health cert of all performers concerned as as long as the "test" where carried out within a reasonable period of time (the industry accepts this as being 30 days) then the producer is covered so to say.

Here is a more comman example ; you employ someone to decorate your lounge, you owe this person a duty of care, suppose you lend them a ladder to do a job, the ladder is faulty and breaks, you could be liable for their injuries.

The law is simple & complex all at the same time.

Let be honest how many producers demonstate that they have public & emplyers liabilty?

Um thats another story.

Hope you are keep well, I think the B/G we did is out later this month.

On a lighter note I now that 99.9% of you guys and girls are wonderful and do take care.

Porn is great and the images and videos you all produce are wonderful - all accounting for all niches in the market.

You all produce material that I believe keeps fantasies as fantasies to the general public and perform a most excellent service after all human reproduction and sex is the primary aim of man and womankind.

Also fantasy and pushing the envelope is part of what makes this British Industry great.

All - keep up the good work and play it safe and most of all respect each other.

I think you might find that if someone tests positive for HIV there'll be an "ambulance chaser" out there prepared to represent them on a 'no win/no fee' basis.

Jacques, you're right, this is an important subject and it shouldn't be taken lightly. But too many people are burying their heads in the sand and reacting disrespectfully when they hear what they don't want to!

Hi ALL

Our point is not just the basic validity of a performers cert. Our point is in the MAIN the consistance of said Health Certs.

Many certs presented to us and accepted by performers state that male or female sex organ (thats polite LOL!) was tested as negative, but there was not such test carried out on the performers throat or rectum. SO our point being is this a accurate representation of the performer health?

I personally feel for me to perform with a female this is not.

We do not want to make this personal, but ask you self are you satisfied with a negative result in only the performers sex organs are tested? If you are fine, BUT know this when you kiss them or do anal or ATM that you are "dealing" with an UN TESTED area. Hence you could catch something & therefore pass that something to another person.

REMEMBER this is not statement directed to anyone person BUT is a general question/concern to ALL.

Its no good saying well the Industry should this and that, the Industry will work in a way that it is aloud too, so if ALL performers & producers insist on seeing tests for ALL performers they work with & that test should include the sex organs, throat & recum, then the industry would abide by this.

As a performer & producer I feel that its the performer that would suffer from getting a STD so ALL PERFORMERS should insist on these things, if this happened the producers would simply HAVE the accept this and full into line, SO GIRLS & BOYS its your health and YOU tell the producer what YOU want!
