Just recieved my tape from Vidshop.com today, 13 days after I ordered it. They say within 2 weeks so it was not late. Also I sent my credit card details by post. The picture quality is OK but not quite as good as Tabor, who I've used in the past. Tabor are also cheaper. Vidshop claim that some of their tapes are origional copies so this could be worth looking at (Private and Evil/Elegant Angel I think).
