Last time we shot in Blackpool we done it over a 5 day period averaging 2-3 films a day, while we filmed we done webcam shows on 3 AW profiles making ?70 on average per film which we shared 5 ways after taking off the third AW charge.

A couple of evenings we arranged a photo shoot for local photographers who paid ?50 each to take pics of the ladies, we done all the films on content share so we all had material to take home & earned money which covered our shoot,venue & travel costs too.

10-20 dvd sold at ?15 for each film, clips sold on AW & then use the films on the web-sites where they will make money but its the end of the earning cycle as they are then pirated.

The trick for us is to keep new footage off the main sites until its almost ended its cycle...crazy but it works for us.

Most of the stuff we shoot now is with girls off AW or women answering ads we have in shop windows, porn as changed & so must we to survive.

In truth we are in a recession so money is tight.

I pay for quality and choice. 1080 HD quality, someone who knows how to operate a camera and get good shots - well edited professional content. Choice of girls, and choice of formats. Choice to download and store the content and view offline on my smartphone, tablet or my 42" TV.

I fear that there aren't enough people like me willing to pay to help keep the industry running at a level for producers to make a living out of making good quality videos.

Gonzo got big 10/12 years ago but now there is a lot of rubbish out there and some creative people are doing different things Joymii, X-Art, Babes.com and Passion HD have gone in a good direction, and output a high standard.

I pay ?8 a month to Reality Kings and ?25 a month to DDF Network and they provide a large archive of content and some Brit girls too. The updates are regular with something new everyday. Lexi Lowe and Emma Leigh are in Budapest this week shooting with DDF(according to Twitter) and I know that when their scenes and pics get uploaded its going to be high calibre in the best picture quality available plus Denys De Francesco is an excellent photographer.

Its a shame when the product ends up on a torrent site for someone to steal and I can only imagine the frustrations of providers seeing their work ripped off and copied. Free tube porn has no interest no me, the quality is piss poor, I cant stand the adverts and I can't choose which girls I want to see as they are mostly American. I have regular customers that have had my films since the VHS days & now they get them not only on DVD or download but also Blu Ray 25-50gb discs or HD 1080i MPEG4, for the genuine ones we bend over backwards but the internet & the recession as killed off porn as we knew it almost 20 years ago.

If the UK internet somehow stopped porn overnight it might be a good thing as the harder it is to get porn the better price we can get for it, we may have lived in fear of dawn raids once when it was illegal but you could flog a VHS tape for ?35 then compared to the give away prices of downloads & DVD now.

Different countries & far far different rules stop us competing with Europe & the US on an even basis.
