I have always gone out and found new girls, done it for over 10 years,or sometimes they come to me, either way like Terry says, it can work well, just going out and doing it yourself. In the north east there are always willing girls I find. However I have no interest in being an agent, but what Monty does is cool, he gets out there and finds them.
