How can you control what the models get up to in their now plentiful spare time?

Monty, as for Ella and her tests, if she wants real peace of mind, a new test isnt going to cut it short term. There is an inubation period that needs to be considered.
Because of our outdated testing system it was explained to me that she may as well wait and get a test in 3 months and then again at 6months and again in 8 or 9 months to be fully sure she hasn't contracted HIV....Seriously, thats how ineffective our testing system has become.
In that time , if she has contracted something then she could even try suing them like Stagliano is being sued but then it will not be easy to take someones ignorance and consent to participate in something into a case to effectively sue them.
Listen to the recent podcast I did with Talent Testing Services in the USA and Shy Love...He breaks it down why our testing is out of date with new procedures and why if you work in the US you need to get tested because models there wont work with anyone tested here or Europe (ironically it hasnt stopped them getting all the HIV cases but I digress)...The difference is with them is that they offer aa system that can effectively quarantine and map all other people who may be affected on a level one, level two, level 3 etc that will need to be quarantined and retested quickly and efficiently.
There is no system fr that here. Do you know who has gone onto work with who after they've worked with you? Theyre system is automated that way to work and is part of the service

Stagliano is in the US? How would that have any influence on UK courts?

Its an example of it could happen here. Sung a producer for lack of due dilligence if a model caught a life threatening disease on the set of a producers film.
Just because it happens there doesnt mean it cannot happen here.

Can someone please comment on the legal ramifications of shooting knowingly without Certs.
As a producer you need Public and Employers Liability insurance. If you breach that by having an actor transmit an SDI then it could easily become a criminal matter.
Even if no SDI was passed on, this smells like recklace endangerment at least.
A combination of the Police and Media circus is the last thing our industry needs
I am sure a creative prosecution lawyer could come up with "Attempted Manslaughter" charge, even if know one gets infected. There is no such charge at present under British law, however it does exist in other countries.

No crime has been committed though. Both parties (I assume) enter into this willingly.
It's just like some bird opening her legs to a drunken pikey on a Friday night and letting him spend 19 seconds banging her without a rubber. Only this time the bird got paid and maybe, just maybe, eeked another 10 or 15 seconds out of the guy.

Wanted to add that although this topic is about uncerted performers in bg, the same applies to gg involving sexual contact where one model is certed and the other is not. If anything, this is more a problem with models who therwise take STIs seriously.

Certs are not protection. All certs do is inform you that you have/have not a STI/HIV at the time of testing and some diseases have an incubation period and will not come up straightaway.
Even if everybody has clean certs it doesn't mean diseases will not be passed a round.
The only way testing/certs will be 100% effective if all performers refrained from all sexual activities in both their professional and personal lives for three months + and then only had sex from then on professional shoots only with other performers who have done the same.
As for the US having a system which works and quarantines performers who test positive it doesn't seem to be working too well in the new outbreak of HIV evolving Cameron Bay it doesn't look like there has been any quarantine and only a six-day shut down which some producers ignored anyway.

What about models with certs who also offer BBBJ escort service surely there must be a problem as well?erotical wrote:
