Yes I have thought about that but my grandiose as it may be theory is that there is 3 books to be published in reality. One obviously with words, one showcasing 40 years worth of photo's 'what I shot' and possibly a complete book of behind the scenes shots. As far as I am aware from my admittedly limited knowledge about doing it 'the Amazon way' like my good friend Ric Phillips did, I don't think you can do such coffee table books. Maybe I'm wrong though.

Any expertise and/or help about this would be great, I'm just a photographer and cameraman!!

I'm not sure they are 100% impossible but they certainly do not translate well. I've seen a digital version of a Bowie book which is shit compared to the lavish, extraordinary detailed print version I have.
