Porn Baron re the Telegraph article

Theyve been trying to ban and outlaw porn since time began.

Porn is that vaudevillian bad guy that people like to point out and say "behind you"

Its like Batman needs the joker to be Batman

Like Sherlock Holmes needs Professor Moriarty to show how clever he really is at being a detective

People need porn to have something to clutch at and say Look! Look! I might be guilty of (insert crime here) but look at these people making porn! Oh my god! Think of the children! The poor children!

its like the governments quango OFCOM has to appoint a subsidiary in ATVOD (in case all things turn to shit) toput in place effective controls on the internet under the guise of protecting its citizens from porn while it is really about creating a censorship mechanism to prevent you getting the truths you so freely enjoy at the moment

I guess I shouldve said its lip service that wont go no where other than appease its readership. Its all part of the propganda to make it look like theyre cleaning up while not doing the more important jobs that need dealing with

Porn is really irrelevant in the scheme of things and it bores me to tears to see so many people in politics wasting their time with this protect the children nonsense without dealing with the real issue of its flooding the internet.

To steal a quote "Blockbusters screwed blockbusters"
New long awaited game came out two years ago, blockbusters advertise that you can pre order to save money.
I enquired. Pre ordering price was ?40, the price that every other shop was selling it for whilst the so called full price was ?59.

I think I read that music sales are only just starting to upturn after a 14 year dive. No one wants to tell the truth that music has been pure shite for long enough. Same with the movie industry and maybe its the same with porn. Its in a lull. There`s very little interesting or sexy talent about and when one does come she fucks it up by getting implants

It was intended at the porn industry in general. Whilst your particular work isn't my 'thing' as it were I can still see it's attraction. However there are still too many websites that happily accept new subscribers yet offer little in the way of updates.
If the production team behind Dog Soldiers couldn't make a profit on a film that later went on to make ?2m for it's distributors than they only have themselves to blame for not extracting a better price and selling their product short.

Nah, thats just how the big players shaft the rookies first time out. Its called creative accounting and not answering the phones.

Thats a pipe dream now Kim, I say the same thing as like you we know we made a lot of money back in the day but technology has all but prevented the glory days of coming around again

Where there might have been a couple of dozen of us producers back then we now have over 3000 UK film makers so your right there mate.

Competition, recession, technology & government conditions have changed the industry but we ain't give up yet as new opportunities & loop holes still pop up like they have always done...
