Interesting to read Wendy's post - but if you are a new company how do you establish the market rate to offer ? Obviously you should expect neither to get models on the cheap nor find you would have done better to book through an angency!! For what it's worth dirtyberty's other post - at ?120 an hour looks good to me (though I don't qualify to apply)

I've teamed up with another and agent to offer the following package to producers (pro or am).

For 300 quid you get two guys and a girl for three hours, in a Midlands house with studio lights etc. All models will sign releases and do all boy/girl hardcore, stills and video.

This is a very good deal. If you want to take it further let us know what you need the girl to do, and a date or two that is good for you weekday daytime and we will send you pics of suitable girls for you to select your model.

I think that to make money from a web site you need the following:-)

1) Regular new content.
2) Full length streamed video, a new one every month.
3) A way for members to meet you/take part in sessions.

Stills alone is no good.
