If you are planning to upload it as a Movie Clip (rather than a Movie Rental), you probably need to make it smaller because AW re-price clips at 10p per MegaByte which would make yours come out at ?17.50 - which is a lot for a clip! If you upload it as Rental, then it's 2 minutes too short as they have to be 15mins minimum.

Sorry I can help with you the software (I don't do MAC) but you probably need to rethink your strategy on what you are going to upload.

When uploading a rental use 2 computers if you can, John keeps them about 640x480 & around 120 max.

If you load a clip e.g. bj - when looking for it you need to put bj.wmv as bj on its own won't be accepted.

John uses 2 laptops because most times you load a clip & when you search it can't be found so you sign in on the other computer search & 9 out of 10 times find the missing clip.

If you dowload the video converter at freemake.com (free) you can convert all the various formats into the others.

If your full clip is made up of a few individual clips you can convert them into wmv and e.g. put just 2 of them together to make a single shorter wmv clip.

Hope this helps and makes sense :)

Forgot to saay it also lets you set the desired file size.
Bearing in mind AW's pricing policy mentioned above you can set the file size to suit how much you want to charge for the clip.

well guys thanks for all the advice but I have finally got my file uploaded a clip which they hopefully let me keep on the site as a rental because its 12mins long 3 mins too short for rentals but I can hope if not I will add some bits to it but I swear one of the most pain staking things I have done in a long time has now been completed and its been a journey guys started at 7.30 this morning and have finished at 10pm I have to take my hat off to adultworks for having a user friendly site hey and for making us all have to convert all of our files to wmv and have to use ftp things what ever they are but at least I didnt give up and persistence paid off well it was that or jump in front of a train hey if I couldnt do it after trying so hard.
