Maybe some decent content would help. Most peopel with a double digit IQ are bored shitless with these pathetic parodys you keep churning out. I watch the likes of Dorcel and Viv Thomas as they show fabulous women and handsome men, not some tattooed munter humping a fat bloke who only gets a shag when he pays a model to turn up. Imagine Top Gear doing features on Allegros, Cortinas and Morris Minors.....you watch tv to see what is out of the ordinary.

TVX are turning out varied media so this is a bit unfair on them but everyone has their views i suppose.

As with every industry, rumours always abound as soon as there are any changes to the way a company runs. So to get the record straight here?s the current position from Television X. We are not looking to cease trading and will definitely not fold. TV and web sales are ticking over nicely and we continue to invest in new technology, platforms and legislation to protect and grow the British adult industry.

We haven?t ?fired? the producers who work for us as all producers who work for Television X do so on an independent basis. We haven?t commissioned any additional scenes at present because we have a huge backlog of new shows which will premiere on Television X every Friday and Saturday night from now until well in 2013. Rest assured you will not notice any change in standard of service. As Tracey said Freddie?s new series starts this Saturday, we have Tanya Tate?s new series Weird Science XXX airing at the moment every Friday and have plenty of brand new scenes starring Angel Long, Paige Turnah, Katie K coming your way.

Whilst I am here I wanted to address the point of hardcore. We obviously can?t show the hardest content on Sky, Virgin and Freeview due to Ofcom regulation but we do offer some of the best adult entertainment on British TV. For those who like content harder all Television X subscribers get unlimited, 24/7 access to www.televisionx.com where you can watch all of our premieres and entire hardcore back catalogue for free. Now that?s a pretty sweet deal in my opinion!

I hope this clears up some of your concerns. If you have any other questions ping them my way?

Er, what legislation are you "investing" in? Sounds like suborning, which is illegal.

Simple truth is that Richard Desmond is cutting back at the moment probably because the churn is down because everyone's on holiday and will ramp things back up on cold autumnal nights when people are back.

And by the way, "will definitely not fold" - Richard would shut the station down in a heartbeat as soon as it stops making him money so I wouldn't use the word definitely if I were you.

Maybe they like it?
I can't see what people get out of peeing on each other but plenty of people do it and plenty of porn producers make money out of it.
If soft-core was dead then the readerships of lads-mags would plummet!
Each to their own.

I wish someone would start booking again I have only shot one movie in a year. It is odd how after twenty odd years of producing good fun films that my phone does not ring for work at all anymore. I have gone back to my old trade to survive to pay the bills.
I feel my time in the industry has come to an end. Even after all the work and help I have given through the years my talent as a cameraman alone is not needed.
Still it was fun while it lasted.

I would love to continue to produce, but I suppose time moves on and I have to accept it.
