Pay for a model and a photographer/videographer to shoot you a showreel. You then have a vehicle to present to producers to help you get work, and you also show commitment that this is something you are serious about.

Random girls don't, but if you think about the girls you know, which ones are relaxed about sex? Like an adventure? Like to show off a bit? Are up for making some money?
Talk to them.
They might slap your face, but word will get out and suddenly a friend calls you about a friend of theirs...
Of course you can lso take Welshmorphs advice - I can fix all that up for you, IF you are serious.
