I have nothing against enhancements,
In fact I am with Gary and in most cases love them, but can't stand tattoos, in particular when they are all over a girls arms. Also facial piercings

One of the best enhancements I have seen has to be Karlie Simon in my opinion they really suit her.

This is the shape I didnt want my boob job to resemble and they dont, id love to post a picture but at the risk of being shot down in flames im tooooo scared too, but I do think mine look pretty natural in comparison to these.

But as long as the lady is happy thats what matters, personally id have been a touch upset had mine turned out like this as I specifically asked for them to look natural.
