But may I also add that whist Swiss Cheese may have many holes it is still wholesome in content an flavour. I would suggest that Emmentual and Gruyear(spelled wrong but hey I aint Swiss) are vastly superiour to the rubbish cheeses made in our country. A bit like your wines in Oz.
