We do content share with other people girls and guys (if they have record of doing this & if they are known), any new guy wanting to be in adult films for the first time wouldn't get content share until they prove their worth.
We only charge guys if its for their own private use e.g. pose to order/1-2-1 thats for them only etc otherwise its free.
We don't like restricted content share which is the new craze as there is no point to this e.g. you can only use this on adultwork or net & if its used elsewhere 'we' want half profits...why if we are going to the trouble of getting the deals while they sit on their butt.
We like a clear platform to use the material when & where ever we can on any format & likewise for the people sharing it, because its shared content/non exclusive material it can sold by each party to third parties on a non exclusive bases only.
We use model releases for full ownership & shared content explaining whats what to avoid any comebacks, there are enough amateur couples making movies for any new guy to gain 'free' experience & footage of them in action & should only pay for an audition (if they need it by then) once they have practiced a bit first & know they can do the job.

Sounds perfectly reasonable to me. There are two sides to this thread.

Not that the poster was referring to me but producers do take risks and long gone are the days that I took the risk and paid a girl whether the guy failed or not.

As for owning the scene, that sounds about right too if you paid for it.

i would demand use too because what about my time and effort shooting and editing it? Ive invested thoudsands in gear to shoot and post production and you get that with me for th eprice of a model.

I'd say that was a good deal.

I've heard good things about Matty P but for every Matty P there is about another 99 guys who cant do it at your time and expense and seem to think this is ok without realising you do this all the time which is why i stay away from auditons now as they are a giant waste of time, unless Im helping someone else out that is.

I'm running a series called Porn Star wannabeez on onemanbanned and you'll get to see the guys over the years and evaluate for yourself why I have come to this conclusion.

Seems the alternative way to do this these days is to have "fuck a porn star" parties but guys dont complain about that because thats what they are in it for in the first place.

Whoever is demanding that is a smart man because they will lose a fortune that way that would be best spending on proper guys for a shoot anyway + the suggestion of paying for it loses about 90% of those looking for a free shag.

No doubt many of you will see this wrong, unethical etc but I still see it for what it is...and how it always has been until I took my rose coloured specs off

percentage wise id be interested in seeing how many "wannabees"lasted the course and made a real job of it,or even a worthwhile part time job....and thats after considering all the ones whodidnt make it as far as the actual filming bit! ...

More people dont actualy make it to the filming bit and the few who do there is even fewer that actually can fuck to completion, forget performances...Most times its a bloke struggling to even wank breathing a sigh of relief he managed to get himself off.

Fair dues though, everyone is understandably nervous but then they should not let that get inthe way of a good performance.

Its like the blokes forget they are there to shag.

Worse still that some think they might fare better with a viagra. I cannot stress enough that the little blue pill is no susbtitute for desire.

Desire is the driving force behind a good perfomance.

I get people who say "but so and so will do it for 300 quid".

Whereas my quote includes girl, location, MY TIME and all travel. After all they are the client and will own the material.

I also tell them I'll need a 50% deposit to ensure the model is paid if they bail.

Usually I hear no more. Which is fine.

Sometimes they come back - they that they went with the cheap one but are now wondering how to get their content as it hasn't been sent and the person isn't responding to emails...

:d I'm so looking forward to Sunday as I'm going to learn a lot from you Sarah, you're already on the verge of the best referance I've ever given for how you helped me set up to make Manchester.
As much as it's about investing in stuff it's about finding the right stuff to do & the right people to work with or for.

If guys want to jump the amateur to pro stage Paul's offer is a good one as you will own the material, even 30 mins footage video/photos on AW will earn a more than the ?300 paid out so nothings lost.
Most guys when starting do not get paid whilst gaining experience, if they want to join the elite few pro's that can preform its a hard enjoyable slog sometimes taking a few years to get there.
If you shine out you do well so a short cut is well worth ?300 if you think you are better than the others.
